Affiliates are requested to adhere to our strict PPC policy. Crown Bingo Affiliates should not register or attempt to register any trade marks or names that contain or are deceptively similar to the name CROWN BINGO or any other related brands, logos or trade marks.

Hopefully we are going to form such a close partnership that these laws shouldn't even enter your head, but if you are thinking of spamming possible Crown Bingo members, please don't.

If we become aware or believe within reason that any of our affiliates are using any form of Spam then we will close their account and put a hold on their commissions. The affiliate will also be responsible for any costs we occur when dealing with any problems from this spam.

We actively reward individual reviews and reports at Crown Bingo. However if we find out that an affiliate is plagiarising another affiliates copy then we will be entiled to suspend their account and put a hold on their commissions.

From section 5 of our Terms and Conditions:
5.9 This agreement also acts as a self-billing agreement between the Affiliate and Crown Bingo.
5.10.1 To raise self-billed invoices in respect of Affiliates commission until the Agreement is terminated.
5.10.2 To complete self-billing invoices showing the Affiliates name, address and VAT registration number, together with all the other details will consitute a full VAT invoice.
5.10.3 To make a new self-billing agreement in the event that their VAT registration number changes.
5.10.4 To inform the affiliate if the issue of self-billed invoices is outsourced to a thrid party.
5.11.1 To accept invoices raised on their behalf until this contract is terminated.
5.11.2 Not to raise invoices for the transactions covered by this
agreement.
5.11.3 To notify Crown Bingo immediately if they change their VAT number, cease to be VAT registered, sell their business, or part of their business.
5.12 In addition, statements may be adjusted by us from time to time to reflect overpayments, customer chargebacks and/or credits or underpayments.
